Nature of the platform.Aesthetic World is an online discovery, networking and marketplace platform and a technology intermediary only. It does not itself provide medical, cosmetic, training, recruitment, legal or financial services, and is not a party to any consultation, treatment, course, sale, employment or other engagement arranged through it, all such engagements are directly between the members and users concerned.

What we are and what we are not.Aesthetic World is not an ISO body, a governing body, a recognition body or an accreditation body, and we do not certify, license or accredit anyone. We are a community-oriented platform, a marketplace, a networking and business space, and a jobs hub for the aesthetic sector. We verify the profiles and information members submit so that our viewers can rely on accurate information, everyone gets a fairer deal, and members save significantly on marketing and discovery costs. Verification reflects the documents and details provided to us at a point in time, it is not an endorsement, certification, accreditation or guarantee of any member's qualifications, competence or treatment outcomes.

Patients and clients.Content is for information and discovery only and is not medical advice or a substitute for in-person consultation with a qualified registered practitioner. Outcomes of aesthetic procedures vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Always verify a practitioner's qualifications and suitability yourself, and for any general health condition or medical emergency consult a general physician or your nearest hospital.

Practitioners, clinics and independent practitioners.You are solely responsible for holding valid qualifications, registrations and licences for every service you offer and advertise, and for complying with all applicable laws including National Medical Commission and State Medical Council rules, clinical establishment regulations, the ASCI advertising code and the Drugs and Cosmetics rules. A verification badge means submitted documents were checked at a point in time, it is not a guarantee of competence or clinical outcome, and Aesthetic World does not employ, supervise or endorse any practitioner.

Institutes, academies and trainers.You are responsible for the accuracy of all course, accreditation, certification, faculty and placement claims and for holding any recognitions you state. Aesthetic World does not itself accredit, certify or guarantee any course, certificate, qualification or placement.

Students.Course details are provided by institutes and trainers, not by Aesthetic World. Independently verify recognition, accreditation, fees and outcomes before enrolling or paying, no employment, placement or certification is guaranteed by the platform.

Brands, vendors and equipment sellers.You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims and for all required product licences, certifications, approvals, warranties and after-sales obligations including CDSCO, BIS and Drugs and Cosmetics requirements where applicable. Aesthetic World is a marketplace intermediary, not the manufacturer or seller, and does not guarantee any product or device.

Recruiters and job-seekers.Those who post are responsible for the accuracy of listings and credentials. Aesthetic World is not a party to any employment relationship and does not guarantee any role, candidate or hire.

For everyone.Aesthetic World is for aesthetic and cosmetic concerns only and is not for general physicians, general medicine, general health conditions or emergencies, and does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. The platform performs reasonable verification but does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any listing, profile, rating, review or content. Use of the platform is governed by Indian law, with personal data handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and advertising subject to the ASCI code. Membership and listings are reserved for those who genuinely specialise in or operate within the aesthetic and cosmetic field, anyone outside this scope should not apply.

Aesthetic World is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Information and listings displayed on the platform — including clinic and practitioner profiles, treatment descriptions, and product information — are not medical advice. Always consult a licensed medical practitioner registered with the National Medical Commission or the relevant State Medical Council before undergoing any procedure.

Telemedicine consultations, where offered by a Member practitioner, must comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Every output of an AI feature on this platform is clearly labelled "AI assisted". AI suggestions are heuristic, model-derived assistance only, not professional opinion. Specifically:

• The AI Skin Advisor is not a medical diagnosis. It does not replace consultation with a dermatologist.
• AI-drafted profile copy, brief drafts and reply suggestions are starting points; you are responsible for the final content you publish.
• AI moderation may make false-positive removals; appeal via grievance@aestheticworld.in.

Before/after media on the platform represent individual results. Outcomes vary by skin type, treatment plan, patient compliance, age, hormonal factors, and the practitioner's clinical assessment. No representation is made that any reader will achieve the same result. Our content moderation follows the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code, including the chapters on misleading advertisements, harm and offence, and competition.

Any reference to revenue uplift, lead volume or business growth experienced by a Member is illustrative and based on that Member's own report. Actual results vary by city, discipline, marketing investment, clinical reputation and macroeconomic factors. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome.
