In plain English
Clinical-grade content is welcome. Outcome guarantees, miracle claims, before/after shots without consent, and any marketing barred by the Drug and Magic Remedies Act, 1954 or the ASCI Code are not. We take down court-ordered content within 36 hours and grievance-based reports within 72 hours. You can appeal.

01What is allowed

  • Clinical case studies with informed-consent disclaimers and ASCI-compliant claims.
  • Before/after media where the patient has signed a written release and where results are clearly described as individual outcomes.
  • Peer-to-peer professional discussion, including treatment-protocol debate, technique demos and post-conference notes.
  • Educational, evidence-based content with citation.
  • Equipment and product information consistent with manufacturer specifications.

02What is not allowed

  • Outcome guarantees, "miracle cure", "permanent result", or any unfounded absolute claim.
  • Testimonials that promise specific outcomes for other patients.
  • Before/after media without written patient consent and without a "results may vary" disclaimer.
  • Self-promotion using words like "best", "top", "leading", "number one" without third-party basis.
  • Comparative claims against named competitors without verifiable basis.
  • Any claim to treat conditions scheduled under the Drug and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 — including cancer, HIV, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, infertility, and a list of 50+ other conditions.
  • Content that violates the NMC Code of Ethics, 2023, including direct solicitation of patients.
  • Harassment, doxxing, threats, hate speech and spam.
  • Scraping, automated bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of the platform.
